About Clémence

C lémence started her career as an actress, working  with stage directors such as Raymond Acquaviva and Philippe Rondest from La Comédie Française and nationwide rewarded directors such as Didier Long.

In those early years she very soon experienced stage direction and created her own Theatre Company in 2005. Her company went on several tours with plays by Garcia Lorca, Von Horvath, Strindberg and Wedekind.

Last winter she took up a challenge: to create Hamlet, by Shakespeare, with prisoners from a jail in Paris. A wonderful, inspirational and human experience as a stage director.

In the beginning of 2014, she worked on a big theatre production in Paris, London Calling, by and with Philippe Lellouche. She also worked as first assistant on cinema sets to develop her expertise about filming techniques.

Meeting stage director Anton Kouznetsov (St Pétersbourg National School), English director Patrick Tucker (BBC, Shakespeare Company) and acting coach Bela Grushka (New York Film Academy) has been decisive in her choice to dedicate herself to coaching actors and directing for the stage.
She works hand in hand with young and professional awarded directors on their set, both in France and in England, assisting them in this delicate and demanding discipline: coaching actors. She works with actors worldwide.

She is also a graduated and certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Coach. She assists actors in the individual issues linked to our artistic careers: to deal with stress and pressure, to master the actor’s image and to boost the actor’s career.
Her perfect knowledge of the cinema and theatre industry in Europe, added to her field experience, allows her to guide you with solid techniques, appropriate and adapted tools, considering the realities of our activity.
